Terms of Business
A booking fee of £200.00 secures your wedding in our diary, this fee is deductible from the total cost. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the wedding. Cheques should be made payable to Andrew Beaumont. Decide on which package you would like - Standard, Deluxe or Ultimate Packages can also be upgraded to include more images or larger images.

Terms & Conditions of Business
These terms and conditions aim to protect all parties through a better understanding of contractual obligation and legal obligations of both the client and ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ when confirming a booking. 1. Once booking has been confirmed with a deposit, contract with ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ has been entered into and all our terms and conditions apply. We only commit to one booking at any particular time, and will reject any other request for such date and time once your booking is confirmed. 2. Outstanding balance must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the wedding date. Late payment can lead to loss of booking. Any uncleared cheque payments will be treated as failure to make payments by the due date. There will be a £25.00 (GBP) charge for any cheque not honoured on its first presentation. Failure to pay an outstanding balance will release Beaumont Photographic Imaging from any further commitment 3. The proofs and the copyright of all photographs remain property of ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ and are given to the client for the purposes of selection only. It is strictly illegal to copy, or allow to be copied, any photographs covered by this contract and are protected under ’Copyright Act 1988’ 4. Negatives remain the property of ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’. 5. No images taken by ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ shall be copied, reproduced or transmitted for any purpose and/or used for financial gain by the portrayed without written permission. ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ may use photographs for promotional purposes (e.g. the website, personal portfolio etc). 6. Orders are to be placed within 3 months so that the final album can be produced along with reprint orders. 7. Any price for prints/reprints is fixed for 3 months after the wedding and then may be subject to change without notice. 8. Orders not returned to us 3 months from the wedding (without prior consent) to be mounted in the wedding album will be subject to a £50 (GBP) charge. After 12 months albums will not be mounted. 9. ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ will submit wedding photographs to newspapers if requested but accept no liability for any errors that may occur by the newspapers. 10. Professional Indemnity Insurance, which covers the unlikely event of photographic failure, and also Public Liability Insurance cover ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’. This insurance is for peace of mind of the client and photographer, but only covers ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’. It does not cover any other service provided by a third party. It is strongly recommended clients consider taking out a wedding Insurance Policy. 11. In the event of total photography failure we shall be limited to a maximum of a full refund. In the event of partial photography failure we shall be limited to a maximum 50% refund. 12. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel and only be liable to refund all monies paid or use an alternative operator to cover the work on our behalf. Notice of changes may not always be given 13. We regret no refund will be made in the event our services are cancelled. 14. We will endeavour to take all photographs agreed. However, it may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. if timings or events are altered without our knowledge. 15. ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ and BeaumontPhotographic.com are trade names for Andrew & Elizabeth Beaumont, acting as a partnership. 16. It is agreed that ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ shall be the sole professional stills photographer on the wedding day. Although we will actively encourage the use of cameras throughout the wedding it is agreed that we reserve the right to ask guests to refrain from taking photographs in the event that their activities are corrupting the official photography in any way. 17. Photographic coverage during the wedding service is subject to permission by the venue. 18. Any agreement between ‘Beaumont Photographic Imaging’ and its clients shall be governed by English law and be within the jurisdiction of the English courts. 19. If you do not sign the agreement, and do not object to the terms and conditions at the time of booking, then you will be deemed to have accepted the agreement
